Overview

Phase two planning of the Meriden City Center Initiative refines concepts outlined in Meriden’s initial 2002 redevelopment plan. Funded through a $250,000 grant from the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, the plan incorporates comments from Meriden City Center Advisory Group meetings and presents recommended infrastructure improvements, development strategies, and planning goals as a “road map” in the pursuit of an economically productive City Center.
