The study leading up this report investigated a variety of practical considerations including transportation, flood control, utilities and historic properties. The results of these reviews were all taken into account in formulating the recommendations contained in the Master Plan. Although these topics have been addressed to a limited extent in the discussion of the Master Plan where appropriate, it is helpful to have a comprehensive summary of the information compiled during the study that underlies the proposed Master Plan.
