Fiscal Impact Analysis Results

This fiscal impact analysis projects the anticipated tax impact on the City of Meriden associated with the development program presented in the conceptual land use plan.

The graph below illustrates the findings relative to the estimated net fiscal impact (revenue minus expenditures) projected from the development in today’s dollars as compared to taxes collected under current use.
